No link(s) should appear on any Website that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement or other violation of, any third party rights.

Governing law

These terms and conditions and the transactions contemplated hereby shall be governed by, and construed and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of Hong Kong. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of Hong Kong shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of or relating to the terms and conditions or the legal relationship established by them, and for those purposes submit all disputes to the jurisdiction of the courts in HK.

Purchase change & cancel

This policy applies when all or part of a purchase is canceled, whether the payment is partially or fully made, but BEFORE the item ships.

A purchase may not be altered or canceled without RIBOUR’s authorization. If and when authorized, 10% off the purchase value (minimum $50 USD) may be charged to cover re-stocking and operational costs.

A cancellation made after the product has shipped is treated as a “return” with all applicable fees. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

Risk of loss

All purchases of physical items from RIBOUR WHEELS are made pursuant to a shipping agreement. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Returns & refund

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, do not use the product and contact RIBOUR. If a return and refund is granted, it will be subjected to the conditions below, unless otherwise agreed by RIBOUR:

  • Only products in saleable condition, shipped from RIBOUR and having arrived within the last 30 days, will be considered for a return in terms of refund.
  • Special configured products (non-stock/special order) will not be considered for return and refund unless the issue is due to an error made by RIBOUR.
  • Should RIBOUR agree to a return and refund, expect repayment within 3 working days after arrival at RIBOUR.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Disclaimer of warranties

    To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our Site and the use of this Site. Nothing in this disclaimer will:

    • limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury;
    • limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
    • limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or
    • exclude any of our or your liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law.

    The limitations and prohibitions of liability set in this Section and elsewhere in this disclaimer: (a) are subject to the preceding paragraph; and (b) govern all liabilities arising under the disclaimer, including liabilities arising in contract, in tort and for breach of statutory duty.

    As long as the Site and the information and services on the Site are provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.
